The Leadership Consultants (LCs) directly support the functionality of the Student Leadership and Involvement Center (SLIC) and the developmental mission of the University of Utah Asia Campus. The LCs serve to maintain and organize events and functions of SLIC. They facilitate a cooperative learning community and develop a sense of community and belonging by initiating and implementing social and educational activities and programs. These programs include but are not limited to, Sex Week, Pride Week, Eco Week, student recognition, leadership training, Café U, and community service projects (e.g., Day of Service).

The scope of programming can increase based on the interest of the LCs and the needs of the UAC community. LCs serve as resource agents about the University of Utah Asia Campus and SLIC. Leadership Consultants are vital members of the Student Affairs team, working with the Student Affairs staff to serve the needs of students.
